Greetings to the entire Student Body!
‘The future of any country depends on the education its youth gets!’ – You are the future and as a new year awaits you, I expect you to welcome it with open arms and accept every challenge – little or great, in your path!
With the changes in the times, I expect you students to do a few things very perfectly. Respect your parents – for if you can’t do that, then you can’t move ahead in life peacefully! Respect your teachers – for they are the guides who learn with you while bringing out the best in you at all times! Respect those around you – for if you don’t, no one will respect you in return! Respect yourself – let no one make you feel small or less gifted than others! If you can do this, and do this successfully, you will be learned, respected and loved by all!
Setting your individual goals is the easy part – getting there is what your efforts must be focussed on! Your grades are nothing but an indication of how hard you worked for them! Remember, everyone appreciates a good effort! So work hard and I’m sure the results will make you more confident of achieving greater success. Discipline is something that must come from within you and so work towards it. Discipline is the defining fire by which talent becomes ability! Even the best professionals are the most disciplined individuals.
Can you enjoy your school life with so many things to keep in mind? Sure! That’s when friendship becomes most crucial and supportive! Hiding the mistakes of your friends is not friendship. Controlling them is your decision and helping your friends to improve is your duty. Do your duty and your friends will look up to you!
Study hard! Pray hard! Play hard! Balance your day in a way where you are exercising your mind, soul as well as your body. Try and keep fit in all aspects of life and you will lead a life full of health and progress! Remember to be a good human for that is the true aim of all the education you can get! Try and make others smile even when you are down. Feel the joy of giving and you will be well and truly on your way to become not just good, but great leaders! Lead by example and lead the future of this great nation!
