Kindergarten
The Kindergarten section at GGIS follows a healthy combination of traditional and Montessori Method of teaching. Our Kindergarten curriculum is designed to enhance Multiple Intelligences based on Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences.
The minimum age requirement as on 30th May for admission to kindergarten classes is as follows:
- Nursery – 2.5 to 3.5 years
- K1 (Junior KG) – 3.5 to 4.5 years
- K2 (Senior KG) – 4.5 to 5.5 years
Primary School
- Languages – English, Hindi, Marathi* and Sanskrit* (* non-examination courses)
- Subjects – Science, Mathematics, Social Studies and Information Technology
- Activities as part of the curriculum – Music, Dance, Yoga and Karate
Secondary School (VI to X)
- Ist Language – English
- IInd Language – Hindi
- IIIrd Language (Up to VIII) – Marathi / French / Sanskrit (any one)
- Subjects – Science, Mathematics, Social Studies and Information Technology* (* – up to VIII)
Junior College (XI and XII)
- Science stream: English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics / Information Practice
- Commerce stream: English, Business Studies, Economics, Accountancy, Mathematics / Information Practice
