Terms and Conditions
When the parent enrolls the child in the school, it is expected that he/she has READ , UNDERSTOOD and ACCEPTED all the terms and conditions mentioned on the school website and/or school diary.
Refund Policy
When the child leaves the school, the parents should give a 1 month withdrawal notice to the school. During this 1 month notice period, the child should attend the school and would have to pay all applicable fees in full.
If for any reasons (including parent’s transfer) the child is unable to physically attend the school or has to leave the school earlier, then the parent has to pay all the applicable fees for the entire notice period.
Payment Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the parent to ensure that all the school fees are paid at all times and the school not remind them of the unpaid fees. Parents should not wait for reminders from school for unpaid fees and then make the fee payment. Late Payment Charges will be applicable as mentioned.
Mode of Payment
All School fees can be paid via CHEQUE or DRAFT favouring “GG INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL” Please use the challan book specially issued for payment of fees. If the fee remains unpaid after the due date with fine, then the child will be marked absent in the attendance register.
Admin Charges
For each unsucessful fee transaction or cheques that are not honoured by the bank, the school shall impose an admin charge.
Late Payment Sur-charge
The sur-charge is applicable on all school fee payments if they are not paid before the dead lines. Surcharges will be applied to all late payments at the rate of Rs. 100/-per day
School Organisation
Playing a vital role in the education of our children are the co-scholastic activities through which they learn the importance of duty, responsibility, discipline and co-operation in school life.
The House system fosters in the students a sense of collective responsibility, team spirit and solidarity. Simultaneously, it also rekindles and develops the latent potential.
Withdrawals
- One clear calendar month’s prior notice in writing to be given or one month fee in lieu of such notice much be given before a pupil can be withdrawn.
- In case leaving in the month of May, to pay the fee for the full month of May.
- Students can be asked to leave the school on disciplinary grounds;
- For withdrawals, parents must ensure that the caution money deposited and the Transfer Certificate must be taken together within three months time from the date of the request for withdrawal. In case of a lapse on the parent’s part to claim the above, it becomes mandatory for the parents to pay the quarterly tuition fees for their ward(s) at the time of receiving the documents. No refund of fees will be made.
- Transfer Certificates are not issued until all dues of the school are settled.
- Once a Transfer Certificate is applied for, holding of the Transfer Certificate is not permitted.
